Our Clubhouse, main dining room and bar offers spectacular Blue Ridge Mountain views. Menus provide a balance of traditional mountain cuisine and fresh seasonal selections. Opportunities exist for dinner parties and catered events to celebrate festive occasions and make memories of a lifetime. The Clubhouse remains open between May and October, mirroring the Golf and Tennis seasons.

Casual lunch outlets include the Fairway Café and Pump House. The Fairway Café is located between the front and back nines on the golf course, but in close proximity to the Clubhouse, affording golfers and non-golfers the opportunity to have lunch or an early afternoon snack in an open air café seven days a week during the season. The menu consists of soups, sandwiches and wraps along with daily specials.

The Pump House is the food outlet adjacent to the Pool and open seven days a week between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The menu for the Pump House starts with pizza and offers family fare with an emphasis on selections for children who participate in the Day Camp program located adjacent to the Pool facility.

The beautiful 18-hole ridge-top layout stretches over elevations between 4,200 and 4,700 feet providing respite from summer heat with average temperature rarely exceeding 72 degrees. Tom Jackson has developed a master plan to renovate and extend the existing course from 6,099 yards to over 6,250 yards. Golfers enjoy excellent vistas of mountain ranges in Tennessee and Virginia. A new practice facility opened in 2007 provides ample opportunity to improve your game and avail yourself of the professional staff and their teaching expertise.

Members have an opportunity to join one of the various golf associations, which are member run programs for women, men and nine-holers. These associations conduct weekly tournaments, annual championships and inter-club events. Couples compete and socialize with other couples during Twilight Thursday outings.

With 10 Har-Tru composition clay courts, Beech Mountain Club offers the premier Tennis facilities in the high country. Lessons and clinics for all ages are offered with additional opportunity to demonstrate your skills during inter-club competition.

With an active tennis community, members have an opportunity to participate in a lottery system for court reservations filling the courts daily. Afternoons afford our three teaching professionals an opportunity to grow their program with youth clinics, tennis camps and individual lessons.

Also available is our winter clubhouse, the Alpen Haus, situated adjacent to the slopes of Ski Beech. During the ski season members and their guests have convenient access to parking, lift tickets, lockers, food and drink while enjoying the snow and a warm seat beside the fireplace.

Unique to members is the Club's Recreation program combining opportunities for families to expand artistic horizons; participate in guided mountain hikes or tours; relax during a massage; drop the children at the Day Camp or take a dip in the newly renovated Pool. Additional Recreation activities include a Fitness Center, Aerobics, Water Aerobics, Pilates and Yoga.
